About CJB Advisory

Independent perspective.Commercial experience.

CJB Advisory helps boards, businesses and property clients make better decisions across finance, funding, governance, risk and growth. Our work combines senior strategic insight with the practical experience required to move decisions forward.

The firm

CJB Advisory was established to give clients direct access to experienced, board-level financial judgement without the layers that often sit between a client and the person actually doing the thinking.

The firm works alongside chairs, founders, CEOs, CFOs, shareholders, investors and professional advisers. We provide independent challenge where it is needed, practical support where it adds value and a clear focus on the commercial outcome.

Engagements are deliberately selective. That keeps the involvement senior, the response quick and the advice grounded in the detail of each client’s position.
